Shipping & Returns
All under 18 year olds must have their parent/guardians approval in order to order from Kajsa Cramer Home. All products remain as property of Kajsa Cramer Home until full payment has been made. We reserve ourselves for any eventual fault in printing on the site. Due to the digital format of photographs we can not grant that the pictures are exactly reflecting the real products. All prices include 25% Swedish VAT. For orders from countries outside the EU, the sum to pay will not include Swedish VAT. Local VAT and import customs may have to be paid in your own country if applicable.
You can pay with PayPal, Visa, American Express or MasterCard. No fee is charged for card payments.
Orders within Sweden usually take 3-5 working days to arrive, orders outside of Sweden take around 4-8 working days. We reserve the right over the order until final sale. If only some of the products from your order are on stock we will inform you and ship those products. Full refund if you wish to cancel the order before shipment. Make sure the contact details are correct. If an order is returned due to wrong contact information then the customer is responsible for any additional shipping payments.
Shipment within Sweden costs 65 SEK, the cost in Denmark, Finland and Norway is 125 SEK. Orders within Europe have a 149 SEK shipment charge, and for International orders it is 380 SEK. We ship via Posten, Schenker or DHL. You will be informed via a text message or email when your package has arrived. International orders are shipped via UPS or DHL.
Returns and exchanges
You have the right to return orders within 14 days from receiving the order, given that the products are unused and in original condition, Prints excluded. If you want to return or exchange an order you are responsible for any shipment costs. Full refund if the product we sent you is faulty, damaged or the wrong product, including the freight cost. We follow the Consumer and the Consumer Complaints Board recommendations. If you want to return something people contact us at email@example.com and we will help you. Please note that it is your responsibility that the product returns to us.
In case of a return we will refund your payment, deducted with the freight cost as described above. We will refund your payment to your card account as soon as we have received the product, and confirmed that it is unused and in its original condition.
If a package is damaged at arrival, you should report it immediately at the site. If you have opened the package and detect a damage, please contact us.
Non collected deliveries
A package will be kept at the delivery hub for 14 days. If you don’t collect it and we get it in return, we will charge you for the costs arisen. In the case of a change of mind, please retrieve the order and return it to us. If you do not collect the package, the costs will be higher than returning it to us.
